FACTS
FACTS is the platform HQA Spring uses to keep families connected with their child’s education. Through the FACTS Family Portal, parents and students can access school information anytime, all in one place.
What you can do in FACTS
- View grades, attendance, and report cards
- Check your tuition balance and make payments
- Manage your payment plan
- Update your family’s contact information
- Receive school announcements and alerts
Logging in

- Go to the FACTS Family Portal login page.
- Enter our District ID: HQA-TX
- Log in with your username and password, or click “Create New Family Portal Account” if you don’t have one yet.
Forgot your login? Use the “Forgot Username/Password” link on the login page.
